  Our Beliefs

Ebenezer Reformed Church is part of the Reformed Church in America (RCA), which has its roots in the Protestant Reformation that swept across Europe in the 1500's. The first Reformed Congregation was established in 1648 in Amsterdam, New York. The Reformed Church currently has about 975 churches in the United States and Canada with approximately 200,000 active confirmed members.

Ebenezer Reformed Church was founded in 1869 by German settlers coming from East Friesen, Germany. The name Ebenezer comes from Samuel 7:12 and means "Stone of Help". It reminds us that God has been and will continue to be our source of help.

The center of our church life together is our Sunday morning worship service at 10:00 a.m. We gather to worship God through music, message, prayer, and our gifts. We join to hear the Word of God and for God's Spirit to work in the heart of each person, drawing each of us closer to God.

It is our hope that all will come to new life in Jesus Christ. We have many opportunities for service and growth. We hope that you will join us as we serve the Living God.
